The
Dubbs Company
remained
strong but flexible through numerous economic down trends; and while
the business altered its marketing focus, it never lost sight of the
need to offer professional service to its clients. The result of this
is evidenced by the clients we have serviced for 50 years or more.
Jon and Barry Dubbs
joined the firm in 1966. Their backgrounds included a comprehensive
business education in college and Barry's distribution experience
working with Union Carbide Corporation.
A new focus was
implemented in the direction of Premium Programming followed shortly
by corporate fulfillment programs. Clients included Pepsico, AT&T
Long Lines, Time Inc., Air Products and Chemicals, Bethlehem Steel,
ITT World Communications, and numerous other large companies and organizations.
The company
continued its commitment toward a total quality approach to its clients
and the number of large corporate accounts grew.
As sales have increased,
the need for a more diverse support staff was recognized. Cross training
of all employees was, and still is, a key ingredient in maintaining
the total quality philosophy of the company. Our in-house graphic
arts capabilities have been continually enhanced over the past ten
years to afford a responsive, cost-effective, professional service
to our larger as well as smaller corporate clients. Our fulfillment
department staff and facilities have increased five-fold as well.
The full range of client services that we offer today has proven to
be the catalyst necessary to insure continued growth for the company.
The
Dubbs Company has become one of the largest
highly-respected companies in the Promotional Products Industry. We
are intent on living up to the reputation which we have gained.
